He is a black belt in Hapkido and Judo and is trains in both boxing and Muay Thai. He is also an Army Veteran that served in Special Operations. He also plays electric bass and had played live and recorded in the studio. He is an avid Rugby player playing both 7s and 15s. He also played arena football and played semi pro football.
