Sydney Elisabeth is originally from Detroit, Michigan. She made her television debut as Malia Matthews on TBS's "The Last O.G." She is set to star as Genesis in the upcoming JJ Abrams & Latoya Morgan HBO Max Original series "Duster". She holds an MFA from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.
