Max Mallar
Max Mallar was born on January 31, 1990, and is a Canadian actress. Max began acting at the age of 12 in theatre, and film at 19. She is an actor, writer, director and producer best known for her roles as Ava Sharp in The Ghost of You (2022) (2022), Agent Ryan in the short film Sniper (2021) (2021), and Lianne (2022) in the self titled horror film (2022).
Max was born in Etobicoke, Canada, and is the oldest of two children, having one younger sister Dana. Her father Dan is of German and Danish descent born in Toronto, Canada. And her mother Lynn is of Irish descent, born in Newry, Ireland.
Even as a young child Mallar was interested in the performing arts. She attended QE Arts and Mayfield Secondary School specializing in the Drama program, took up competitive dance and singing, and was an elite athlete in soccer, volleyball, rugby, snowboarding, and swimming. She continued her education in Film and TV acting soon after graduating from high school.
Max has a degree in Graphic Design and owns her own photography company by the name of Tiny Studio. She resides in Toronto and is continuing to write and produce her own work.
