Andrei Ciobanu is a Romanian film actor and writer .He was born on July 1 1989 in Suceava, Romania .He graduated from Faculty of International Relations and European Studies. In 2016, he plays first role in the movie High Strung. Known for films Oh, Ramona! (2019), Lara - Aribelle si mana destinului (2018) and High Strung (2016).
